How much is the shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping:

• Spain: Free shipping on orders over 30 euros
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : Free shipping on orders over 100 euros
• France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands: free shipping on orders over 100 eur
• Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over 200 eur

How long does shipping take?
All our orders are shipped from our offices in Barcelona. Delivery times will be calculated during checkout, but you can expect:

• 1-2 days in Spain
• 3-5 days in Europe
• 5-7 days to the rest of the world

Can I return the order?

You may return teas up to 7 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
